We have established a secure storage environment and a robust operational system for our storage services. Our customer service representatives and drivers are extensively trained and highly enthusiastic, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Safe and secure
We maintain 24-hour CCTV surveillance in the warehouse, ensuring constant monitoring of the premises.
Additionally, ADT's highest-level burglar alarm system is directly connected to police patrols, providing enhanced security measures.

 
Storage time and dates
You have the flexibility to choose your preferred start and end dates according to your schedule and convenience.
 
Storage Prices
We offer storage for only £3 per box per week, and suitcases can also be stored at this rate.
For special items such as TVs, musical instruments, and others, please inquire for pricing details.


Free cardboard box delivery service
The box size is 60cm x 43cm x 43cm, with a capacity equivalent to approximately one 28" suitcase.
 
Free door-to-door pick-up
we offer a moving service that can be selected during the booking process for pick-up.
Please ensure your luggage is brought downstairs in advance and wait for the driver upon their arrival.

The cardboard box is not only extra-large but also extra-thick!
It's so sturdy that even a 200kg man can stand on top of an empty box with no problem!

Pick up and pay later
On the day of collection, the driver will collect a £50 deposit from the customer.
We will calculate your storage fee for you, and payment will be arranged upon the return of your items.

Various return options
You also have the option to have your items mailed to any city in the UK or shipped to any country worldwide.

Free return service in Manchester
You are required to notify us 2-3 working days in advance to reserve a slot for the return service.
Free returns are exclusively available within the Manchester city area.

All You Need To Know

Can I get more cardboard boxes if I don't have enough?

Each customer is entitled to have a maximum of 6 cardboard boxes free of charge. Any excess unused boxes need to be returned to the driver at the time of collection. If the boxes are repurposed for other uses, there will be a charge for each box.

How many items can a cardboard box provided by Smiler Service hold?

The capacity of the cardboard box is approximately the same as a 28" suitcase.

Can I store my large piano, will someone help me move it?

​Large items or furniture can be stored. We also offers a moving service at an additional cost.
Please contact us for pricing.

How do I know how much my storage fee is?

We require a deposit of £50, followed by a storage fee of £3 per box per week (charges for other large luggage may vary). When you decide to return an item, please contact the customer service. We will calculate the storage fee, which can be paid upon item return.

*Please be aware that the deposit serves as a minimum spend and is non-refundable if the total cost doesn't reach £50. If the cost exceeds £50, the deposit will be deducted initially, and only the excess amount will be due.

Can I use the storage service even if I am not in the Manchester area?

Yes, our storage service is available outside the Manchester area; however, there will be additional delivery and pickup charges incurred. For more information on these charges, please contact our customer service team.

I am no longer in Manchester, can I have Smiler Service collect my items for me?

If you've moved away from Manchester, you can still request us to collect and store your items for you. Simply reach out to our customer service team in advance. Also, make sure to contact the front desk of your hostel or apartment to arrange access to your room for us. If your address doesn't have a reception, please ensure someone is available to grant us access to your property.
